Radisson Hotel Group has invested Bt2.3 billion in a large condominium project on Rama XI road named the ‘Green Ninth Project’ Sitting on an area of 18 rai, Radisson says the development will cater to the new generation of buyers looking for a city-based lifestyle, and offers 5-star services and facilities. Space for each of the 1,550 units ranges from 25 to 75 square meters with a selling price of between Bt1 million to Bt3.6 million. The company says 20 per cent of the project has been already booked. The project will be officially launched in April 2006. MR. Vathna Paradorachai, deputy president of Radisson Hotel Group, said that 2006 is the year the company had planned to debt their real estate project after being in the hotel business for years. “We are convinced that the potential of our project is bright because of the simplicity and nature-oriented concept. Our location is prime, with full supporting infrastructure. Our huge investment has reflected our confidence in the project… In the future, this prime area will definitely become the living and commercial center of Bangkok. ,” says Mr. Vathana. The project also features an activity club, swimming pool, tennis court, garden and convenience stores. Harrison PLC will handle project marketing and sales. The Green Ninth Project is expected to be complete in 2008.
